What Our Integrated Management System Is
Our integrated management system (IMS) is the set of policies, procedures, and controls Accredify Global uses to run certification. It covers how we review applications, select and evaluate auditors, plan audits, make certification decisions, protect information, and handle complaints. It is assessed by our accreditation body, just as your system is audited by us.
The IMS policy below is the top-level statement of what that system must achieve. Every procedure we follow traces back to one of these commitments.

What is an IMS policy?
It is the top-level statement of what an organization’s integrated management system must achieve. Ours commits Accredify Global to compliance, impartiality, confidentiality and customer satisfaction in certification.
Why does a certification body need its own management system?
ISO/IEC 17021-1 requires it. The system covers how we run certification, from application review to certification decisions, and it is assessed by our accreditation body.
Who checks that Accredify Global follows this policy?
Our own internal audits and management reviews check it regularly. Our accreditation body also assesses our system and may witness our audits.
