What Each Certificate Status Means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | The certificate is valid for the scope and sites shown. |
| Suspended | Temporarily not valid, usually while nonconformities are resolved or an audit is overdue. |
| Withdrawn | No longer valid. The organization must stop referring to the certification. |
| Expired | The three-year cycle ended without recertification. |

Where do I find the certificate number?
It is printed on the certificate. Certificates also carry a QR code that opens the live record directly.
Why is a certificate not found?
The number may be mistyped, the certificate may have been withdrawn, or it may not have been issued by Accredify Global. Contact us and we will confirm.
Is the record a copy of the certificate?
No. It is a live status record. It confirms the status, scope, sites, and dates from our register.
Can anyone check a certificate?
Yes. Buyers, regulators, and members of the public can all check a certificate we issued.
What should I do if a certificate looks misused?
Report it through our complaints page. We investigate every report.
