What Is ISO 21001 Certification?

The 2025 Edition: What Changed From 2018
The second edition is now the only current one. ISO published it in July 2025 through ISO/TC 232, its education and learning services committee. It replaced the 2018 edition and the 2024 amendment, which are both withdrawn.
The focus moved further toward learners. The update gives more weight to measurable learner outcomes, inclusion and accessibility, and technology-enabled or hybrid delivery. It also strengthens risk management, stakeholder participation, and sustainability.
