This is a training certificate. It is not an accredited personnel-certification credential, it does not register you as a certified lead auditor, and it is not an ISO 42001 certificate for an organization.

Is there an exam or assessment?
Yes. You need to meet the attendance and assessment requirements to receive the Certificate of Successful Completion. Otherwise you receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Will this course make me a certified ISO 42001 lead auditor?
No. It is a training certificate, not an accredited personnel-certification credential, and it does not register you as a lead auditor. A registered credential comes from a personnel certification body and usually also needs audit experience.
Do I need ISO 42001 knowledge before I start?
Yes, a working knowledge of ISO/IEC 42001 and of how management systems run is recommended. If you are new to the standard, start with awareness training.
What does ISO/IEC 42006 mean for ISO 42001 auditors?
ISO/IEC 42006:2025 sets the requirements for bodies that certify AI management systems, including the competence their auditors need. It applies to certification bodies and their audit teams, not to individuals taking a training course, but the course explains how those audits are run.
What is the difference between ISO 42001 lead auditor and internal auditor training?
Internal auditor training prepares you to audit your own organization under clause 9.2. Lead auditor training adds planning and leading full audits, managing an audit team, and how second and third-party certification audits work.
