Terms and Conditions for Use of Accredify Global Logo / Certification Mark

The use of the Accredify Global Certification Logo / Mark is strictly governed by the conditions below. Only organizations holding a valid certificate of registration issued by Accredify Global are authorized to use the logo.

Conditions of Use

  1. Certificate Reference

    The Accredify Global logo must always be used with the certificate number displayed directly below it, in a size no wider than the logo itself.

  2. Scope of Use

    Use of the logo is restricted to correspondence, advertisements, websites, and promotional material directly related to the certified scope as stated on the certificate.

  3. Color Guidelines

    The logo may be used in black and white. If used in color, it must strictly follow the official Accredify Global color scheme.

  4. Size and Placement
    • The logo may be enlarged or reduced proportionally, depending on the medium. For example:
      • Enlarged on boards, signage, or hoardings.
      • Appropriately reduced on letterheads, business cards, or stationery.
  5. Restriction of Use

    The logo must not be placed directly on products or product packaging unless accompanied by clear text stating that the organization is certified, not the product.

  6. Product Labeling

  7. Service Products

    Accredify Global strictly prohibits the use of its logo on laboratory test reports, calibration reports, or inspection reports.

  8. Suspension or Withdrawal

    If a certificate is suspended, withdrawn, or revoked, the organization must immediately cease all use of the Accredify Global logo.

  9. Violation of Rules
    • Any misuse of the logo may result in the certificate being revoked, suspended, or withdrawn.
    • Legal action may be taken under Section 406 IPC (Breach of Contract/Trust) for violations.
  10. Ownership

    The Accredify Global logo is the exclusive property of Accredify Global LLC and may only be used with prior authorization.

Declaration

We confirm that we have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions for the use of the Accredify Global Certification Mark / Logo. We agree to abide by these rules during the validity of our certification. In case of any violation, Accredify Global LLC reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or revoke the certificate and initiate legal action as appropriate.
