Use of certification marks is allowed only under defined conditions and must never imply product approval or scope beyond what is certified.

Terms and Conditions for Use of Accredify Global Logo / Certification Mark
Use of the AB Logo & Accredify Global Certification Mark is subject to the conditions detailed below:
- Where AB Logo & AG Certification Mark is used, the client shall ensure:
(a) they are used together, not in isolation and not disproportionately represented, and positioned to ensure the relationship between AB and AG Certification Mark along with the standard and certification number.
- Use shall be restricted to correspondence, advertising, and promotional material directly applicable to the scope of registration shown on the registration schedule.
- The AB Logo shall not be used in such a way as to suggest that the Accreditation Council, or any government officials, have certified or approved the client's activities, or in any other misleading manner.
- Use shall be such that there is no implication that goods or services themselves are approved by AB & AG.
- AB Logo & AG Certification Mark issued within a management system certification program:
- May be used on stationery, literature, and publicity material.
- Shall not be used on a product, or in any way interpreted as denoting product conformity.
- Shall not be applied to laboratory test, calibration, or inspection reports.
- Any packaging/advertising statement must identify the certified client and management system standard and shall not imply that a product, process, or service is certified.
- Upon scope reduction, all advertising matter must be amended accordingly.
- Upon withdrawal/suspension of certification, all advertising references to certification must be discontinued as directed by AG.
- Certification references must not be used in a way that brings AG and/or the certification system into disrepute.
We confirm that we have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions for use of the Accredify Global Certification Mark / Logo, and we agree to comply throughout certification validity.
Declaration
In case of violation, Accredify Global LLC reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or revoke certification and initiate legal action as appropriate.

Can certification marks be placed on products?
No. Certification references must not be used in a way that implies product conformity or product certification.
