Understand Your Training Certificate

Certificate of Successful Completion

Records that you met the course attendance and assessment requirements. Your course information sets out what successful completion requires.

Certificate of Attendance

Records that you took part where the completion requirements were not met or not assessed. Attendance alone does not show that an assessment was passed.

Neither certificate is an ISO certificate for an organization, or an automatic auditor registration with a personnel certification body.

Our courses are open and generic. They explain requirements and audit practice, not how to design or fix your own organization's system. Taking a course does not guarantee certification, influence an audit outcome or give preferential treatment in any certification activity.

Which ISO training course should I choose?

Choose awareness for an introduction, transition to update to a new edition, internal auditor to audit your own organization, or lead auditor to plan and lead full audits. If you are unsure, register your interest and say so in the message.

How do I see dates and register?

Choose a standard under Upcoming Training Sessions, then select Register on a session. If no date is listed or none suits you, register your interest and we will contact you when the next session opens.

Is the training live or self-paced?

Our courses are instructor-led. Each session listing shows how it is delivered, the dates, times and time zone.

What certificate will I receive?

A Certificate of Successful Completion if you meet the attendance and assessment requirements, or a Certificate of Attendance if you take part without meeting or taking the assessment.

Is ISO 9001:2026 training available?

Yes. Awareness, transition, internal auditor and lead auditor training are available for ISO 9001:2026. The featured lead auditor course runs live online over five days.

Can you train our whole team?

Yes. Tell us the standard, course path, number of people, preferred dates, language and time zone, and we will confirm a group plan.

Does training lead to certification or auditor registration?

No. A training certificate records learning or attendance. It is not an ISO certificate for an organization or an automatic auditor registration, and it has no effect on any certification decision.
