Step-by-Step ISO Certification Process

1. ✔ Application Submission & Contract Review
   • Businesses initiate the ISO certification process by submitting an application with essential company details.
   • Our expert team reviews the application to ensure compliance with ISO standards and finalizes a contractual agreement with the client.
   • A detailed quotation and legal agreement are provided for approval, ensuring a smooth and transparent certification journey.
2. ✔ Legal Document Signature & Quotation / Invoice Processing
   • Based upon the contract review, Client are required to sign the legal agreement with the marketing team.
   • The Accounts team generates and shares the invoice to the client to collect certification fees.
3. ✔ Audit Planning & Confirmation
   • The planning team schedules the Audit date, confirms it with both the client and auditor, and shares the audit release to secure final confirmation from both parties.
   • Detailed audit plan is created by Lead auditor and shared with the client.
4. ✔ Stage-I Audit : Documentation Review & Audit Report
   • Our expert auditors review the organization's policies, procedures, and preparedness for certification.
   • A site visit is conducted (if required) to verify compliance with the ISO standard.
   • A Stage 1 audit report is generated, and any non-conformities (NCs) are documented.
5. ✔ Stage 2 Audit – Implementation & Compliance Verification
   • Auditors assess the implementation of the ISO standard within the organization.
   • A comprehensive on-site evaluation is conducted to verify compliance.
   • The Stage 2 audit report is prepared, and final NCs (if any) are documented.
6. ✔ Final Review & Certification Decision
   • The Quality Team reviews the audit findings.
   • The Decision-Making Team approves the issuance of the ISO certificate upon successful audit completion.
7. ✔ Certification Issuance & Database Update
   • Once approved, the ISO certificate is issued to the client.
   • The company details are updated in our global certification database.
8. ✔ Surveillance Audits & Recertification
   • Annual surveillance audits ensure continued compliance.
   • Recertification is required every 3 years to maintain ISO compliance.
